Welcome to Bahrain Pet Festival! We’re thrilled to have you and your furry friends join us for our events. Please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending the event.
1. Ticket Eligibility & Usage
Tickets are required for all human attendees aged 11 years and above.
No tickets are required for pets. Pets of all ages are welcome, subject to health and behavior guidelines.
Tickets, once booked, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
The ticket holder must present the ticket screenshot or confirmation e-mail for entry.
2. Ticket Fees & Charges
An internet handling fee may be applied to your ticket purchase. Please verify the total amount payable before completing your transaction.
3. Entry & Re-entry
Re-entry is permitted only if the ticket holder is wearing the entry wristband or pass provided at the event.
4. Pet Health & Safety
For the well-being of all pets and attendees, pets exhibiting illness or chronic health conditions will not be allowed entry.
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including but not limited to Kennel Cough and Canine Parvovirus, and must be free from ticks, fleas, or other parasites.
Aggressive or unfriendly pets must be kept on a short leash (dogs) or in a secure crate (cats) at all times during the event.
5. Attendee Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets and accompanying individuals. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and socialized to enjoy the event safely.
Bahrain Pet Festival management will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings or pets during the event, including incidents arising from negligence.
6. Code of Conduct
We request all attendees to respect fellow guests, staff, and the event environment to help maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Bahrain Pet Festival reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or activities as necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified accordingly.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Bahrain Pet Festival event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
